Ingredients:
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup Daisy Brand sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sour cream, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and beaten eggs until well combined
Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly in a greased baking dish
