Salt and Pepper Potatoes



These Salt and Pepper Potatoes are a simple yet flavorful side dish that pairs perfectly with any main course. The combination of salt, pepper, and aromatic garlic and onion powder creates a delicious seasoning for crispy roasted potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 400F 200C

Cut the baby potatoes in half and add them to a large bowl

Add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer

Toss the food every 15 minutes or so while it's roasting in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's golden brown and crispy

Take it out of the oven and add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish before serving
