Chia Pudding Pie Parfait



A healthy and delicious parfait featuring chia pudding, granola, mixed berries, and Greek yogurt. This Chia Pudding Pie Parfait is a delightful treat that's perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings while maintaining a nutritious diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Add the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix them together

Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight and stir it well

This will make a chia pudding

Put granola, mixed berries, and a dollop of Greek yogurt in serving glasses or jars

Then add the chia pudding on top

Do this again and again until the glass is full

If you want, you can add more berries and a drizzle of maple syrup on top
