Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Put the lentils aside after running them under cold water
